2. Booking Process:
- Clients can schedule services via phone at (315) 736-4213 or by emailing info@gifttopix.xyz.
- Please provide detailed information about your photography needs, including the desired date, time, and type of service.
3. Payment Policy:
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or at our office.
- A 30% deposit of the total service fee is required to confirm the appointment.
- The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the photo session.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may cancel their appointment free of charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if there are any issues with the service, please contact us for assistance.

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their photography needs.
- Clients should ensure they are present on time and prepared for the session before it begins.
